2008 Summer Teacher Workshop Post-Survey

I hope you all had a good time learning phage biology here in Pittsburgh!
We were sort of rushed at the end of the workshop and didn't get the
chance to have you do a post-workshop survey. If you have a couple minutes
to do so, we'd really appreciate it. Here's how:

1) Go to http://www.getfast.ca
2) Choose "Find an Instructor" from the list on the left
3) Type in "Jacobs-Sera"
4) Choose "2008 Teacher Workshop POST-Survey"
5) The password is "phage2008"
